A lot of complaints were made by many adults, and the hotel finally listened, had security monitor for a couple of days and keep the kids out. The resort had over 120 teenagers staying, and they took over the adults only pool, making it crowded, unsafe and not a nice experience as there was a lot of underage drinking going on. The room we booked and paid for 15 months ago was unavailable on arrival, so they made us pay for a better room.
